Monthly management with From The Nest will assist you in creating a consistent posting strategy and managing all of your incoming content. We take into account your entire communications and marketing strategy and include ongoing consultation, conversation management, campaign planning, and reporting.

Process: (How It Works)

STEP 1: Current Climate (Audit) and Recommendations

Before creating a formal proposal, From The Nest will complete a Social Media Analysis, a Website Analysis, and create a document for you containing all of the information listed below as well as a detailed list of recommendations for immediately improving your online presence. This Current Climate will be emailed to you prior to our first meeting.

STEP 2: Proposal

Based on the results of the Current Climate, From The Nest will build a proposal to best meet your monthly social media management needs. This proposal will provide goals, a summary of phases in the process, and a cost breakdown of each component within the proposal. Monthly Social Media Management Package costs vary based on your needs and the additional services recommended.

STEP 3: Meeting

After receiving your proposal, we will meet to discuss the steps outlined and talk about any outstanding questions you may have. 

STEP 4: Monthly Social Media Management Begins

Monthly management takes place in three phases, outlined below.

Phase 1: Analysis

Before From The Nest begins regularly posting content to your social media channels, we must first get a better understanding of the current marketing strategy for your business. We will take the time to identify network partners who could be helpful in increasing your social media visibility. We will also work together to collect and organize any content you currently have to share with your audiences. 

Phase 1 includes:

  • Review of Current Climate

  • Brand discovery/discussion

  • Analysis/discussion of current network

  • 1 hour virtual consultation meeting focused on the above

Phase 2: Setup/Update and Branding of All Channels

As we move into Phase 2, any missing or incomplete social media channels included within your Monthly Social Media Management Package will be created and/or updated according to your current brand standards. If needed, we will also take a closer look at your website and its written content in order to determine possible areas of improvement.

Phase 2 includes:

  • Setup and branding of selected social media channels

  • Review of website audit to determine areas of improvement

  • Creation of branded and high-frequency hashtag lists

  • 1 hour virtual consultation meeting focused on the above

Phase 3: Network Building, Maintenance, and Campaign Coordination

During this phase, things really take off in terms of your social media schedule, content creation, and posting to engage with your audiences. Each month, we work together to develop your brand’s content and talk about how to make your social media efforts work better for you! If needed, we will discuss appropriate paid promotions for the upcoming months (Facebook and Instagram Advertising) as well as any upcoming emails planned for your audience(s) and how to coordinate those efforts into social media.

Phase 3 includes:

  • Regular posting and conversation management on selected social media channels

  • Coordination of content with content creators (ie. team members)

  • Monthly promotion/campaign management on social media channels

  • Graphics creation

  • Continued identification of opportunities to highlight restaurant partners

  • 1 hour of virtual consultation each month on topics of your choice. After each session, you will be provided (via email and Google Drive) a typed set of detailed follow-up notes.

  • Detailed progress reports every 60 days highlighting important engagements, campaign results, and trends to pay attention to in order to adapt our strategy.
